Job Title: Strategic Partner Manager
Location: Dublin
Duration: 12 months
About the Role:
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing relationships with media groups and online publishers in CEE Market with a primary focus on the Czech, Slovak, and DACH regions. The key objective of this role is to help partners optimize their monetisation strategies using our client suite of products. The role is ideal for someone with expertise in digital advertising, sales, and customer success, and who is passionate about helping partners thrive in the online media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist partners in maximizing ad revenue through our client’s product. Focus on ad unit optimization, new features, and third-party data solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing publishers, focusing on customer success, revenue growth, and retention.
- Conduct sales calls with publishers, pitching new product features and solutions.
- Independently plan, prioritize, and execute sales and client success activities.
- Work within a team of 8 individuals, supporting Central and Eastern Europe, with occasional new partner acquisition.
- Stay updated on local market trends, partner needs, and competitive landscape, providing strategic insights to improve client success.
- Liaise with internal teams such as product and support to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak and English is required. Fluency in German is a plus.
- Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in sales, account management, advertising, or media, ideally within the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager, AdSense, or similar advertising products. Previous exposure to media monetization and working with publishers is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
- A track record of building strong client relationships, as well as identifying opportunities to pitch new solutions and products.
