We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong sales background to join our client,. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the client relationship, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring that the marketing strategies align with their goals. The Account Manager will be a critical liaison between the client and the internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders for our client.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure their needs are met.

- Regularly communicate with the client to understand their business objectives and challenges.

- Collaborate with the client to define marketing objectives and strategies.

- Create and present comprehensive account plans to meet client goals.

- Continuously assess and adjust strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to the client.

- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

- Track and report on account growth metrics.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

- Monitor project timelines and budgets.

- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a sales-oriented role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Experience working with technology companies or within the tech industry.

- Google Ads certification or relevant digital marketing certifications – ideally Google AdWords.

- Knowledge of Google's products and services.

Swedish Language is desired.
