About Performance Group

The Performance group provides key performance and portfolio analysis across over 2,000 institutional and retail funds. You will work cross functionally to support all areas of the business and provide data such as fund and benchmark returns, performance attribution and ex-post risk analysis. The Performance Group are responsible for ensuring GIPS compliance and supporting regulatory initiatives and reporting.

Purpose of your role

The primary focus of the role is to provide monitoring data on the fund’s exposure to LIBOR related instruments. The Performance Group will need to provide evidence of intelligent oversight and management of exposures through time. Furthermore, the ability to demonstrate a robust and effective governance process to internal and potentially external stakeholders will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring data to stakeholders
• Ensure reference information is kept up to date on all relevant systems
• Draft documentation to demonstrate a robust and effective governance process for stakeholders
• Respond to queries for information on fund/client investments in a timely manner
• Maintain instrument list across all relevant funds
• Evidence data validation and controls

Skills and Experience

• Degree level in Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a keen sense of personal responsibility.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels (up to senior management)
