Office Administrator – Part-Time

Responsible for day to day business operations, , supporting the finance administration function and maintaining business systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling correspondence
  • Managing filing systems, archiving and disposal of records
  • Implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Facilities management and maintenance.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • At least 1 years’ experience gained in a service environment in a broad business support role including PA/Office Manager/Accounts/Business Systems
  • Experienced in customer management with strong people skills
  • Strong IT skills and Advanced user of MS Office Suite
  • Assertive, ambitious and great sense of initiative
  • Self-starter and ability to pre-empt situations and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Well presented, professional, adaptable and flexible
  • Strong communications skills, highly organised with an ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Hands on approach and able to lead by example and support wherever needed.
