Job Description

Role: EMEA Compliance Program Manager

Duration: 11 months initially

Location: Dublin city centre (working remotely initially)

Our client, a global technology business are seeking to hire a Compliance Program Manager to work across EMEA. You will work alongside the global specialist support team who are responsible for management of contract, vendor and business process outsourcing areas across the business. We are looking for individuals who have a strong compliance background, preferably with employment and HR law – with an analytical mindset and strong project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support various compliance related project and program execution by monitoring timelines, deliverables and outputs
  • Supporting the implementation and roll out of new workforce policies, including documentation creation, communication planning
  • Tracking and reporting on risk and compliance related queries and identify / advise on learnings / improvements
  • Assist and support the compliance team in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and projects such IR35 and GDPR compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the risk team

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience of 5+ years.
  • Proven project/program management experience. Organizational change management and transformation experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization and presentation to colleagues or senior management – advantageous
  • Experience with HR or Employment Law; and/or related qualifications
  • Understanding of contingent workforce policies and engagement practices, from a legal, risk or HR perspective
  • Experience influencing, advising and building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
