Our client a global B2B Software Platform business are currently growing their senior management team due to continued growth. The Digital Senior Management Team has implemented a new Target Operating Model across the Digital business that drives hyper cross-functional interdependent resources to deliver the most customer centric outcomes possible, and also aligns the core business capabilities to deliver maximum business value.

Objectives of this Role: The Communications Lead & Change Influencer is a key member of the Transformation team within Digital who partners primarily with Programe & Digital Product Leads & will be responsible for:

  • Leading the build of a comms & change roadmap owned by Digital
  • Primarily focusing communications on core project activities & initiatives that Digital take a lead position on
  • Deliver clear and consistent messaging across the business to promote the Digital
  • Enterprise success story
  • Lead the coordination and execution of Ops Model campaigns (internal influencing and internal comms campaigns)
  • Researching and drafting comms materials in partnership with the Digital SMT, Director of
  • Transformation & CIO
  • Creating internal social media content and tracking the success & engagement of internal social media campaigns
  • Using all internal comms tools and identifying smart, slick ways of engaging our key internal stakeholders where getting real time cut through is a win factor
  • Leads creative & innovative think-to-action coming up with engaging content & ideas

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in comms, including experience in working within a change environment
  • Excellent writing skills, ability to write and edit communications materials for a wide range of audiences
  • Proactive approach to work, you like to solve problems
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented. Can manage multiple things at once and are structured about your work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic, agile way of working
  • Ability to communicate & present complex information in a concise, simple form where driving employee/stakeholder engagement is a key success factor
