Harvey Nash are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a global brand in their Dublin office. This global SaaS company are looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to join their fast paced team, responsible for daily change management functions globally.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of the role include;
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization. Determine factors for compliance and enforcement.
* Provide training, coaching and guidance to the customers of the change management process with minimum supervision.
* Receive and process change requests through the Normal Change Process, including Change Approval Board (CAB) review and audit.
* Review change requests to ensure appropriate rigor, discipline, consistency and predictability is applied across the entire organization with respect to how changes are submitted, reviewed and approved and executed.
* Work with auditors to demonstrate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
This is a key position that requires an experienced change manager with strong understanding of ITIL framework and change processes within a high growth and rapidly changing technology enterprise.
