Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking a Business Analyst in Change Management to join their team. The successful candidate will work on streams of work from requirements and and analysis to operational readiness implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operating model definition, requirement gathering, functional requirement validation and operational readiness activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery to milestones
• Assess opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiencies through detailed review of existing procedures and controls.
• Challenge the status quo where appropriate and generate creative ideas and solutioning to ensure best outcome for the business.
• Work with business and system subject matter experts to leverage existing systems, locations and processes.
• Devise new processes where appropriate to support optimum operating model, maximising straight through processing and minimising manual effort and operational risk Liaise with client/ other counterparties in jointly agreeing implementation activities, including but not limited to planning, governance, communication, testing, training and operational readiness
• Develop an understanding of Transfer Agency applications and Operating Model, in order to define business requirements and validate technical requirements.
• Adhere to PMO standards, ensuring timely and quality artifact delivery and logging. Coordinate, track and validate the effective transfer of knowledge to the operations teams, testing groups and client
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of issues
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation

Qualifications:

• CAMP/PMP / Prince 2 (Project Management Professional) or equivalent an advantage
• Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
• Ideally have experience in Transfer Agency/Fund Services and/or Business Analysis
