Now in its 15th year, the Harvey Nash CIO Survey is one of the world's most comprehensive and respected reports on the evolving role of the CIO and the IT function.

Published in May 2013, events are being staged in 15 locations across the US, Europe and Asia for IT leaders to discuss the findings, including the evolving relationship between the CEO and CIO, the challenge and opportunities of digital media and the role of women in IT. As ever, it will be great opportunity to network with your peers over wine and canapés.

Donagh Healy, CIO, Vodafone Ireland

Donagh is CIO at Vodafone Ireland, supporting the Irish business across mobile and fixed line, delivering and supporting fixed/mobile convergent capabilities and systems, focused on delivery and service management excellence. Prior to joining Vodafone, Donagh was a partner in Accenture where he ran the comms and high tech business in Ireland.

Margaret Troy, head of IT, GE Money Ireland

Margaret is head of IT for GE Money in Ireland, which is part of GE Capital. In her role, she has responsibility for providing infrastructure services to other GE businesses in Ireland, primarily GE Treasury and GE Capital EMEA HQ. Margaret previously worked in IT management roles in HBOS General Insurance and AIB Capital Markets.

Raomal Perera, technology entrepreneur, ThousandSeeds

Raomal Perera is a serial entrepreneur, having been the co-founder of two technology companies - Valista was acquired and ISOCOR was listed on NASDAQ. Raomal's new venture, ThousandSeeds, works with enterprises that want to create a start-up culture to create an environment for disruptive innovation. He is also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at INSEAD.

Maurice Mortell, managing director, Ireland, TelecityGroup

Maurice is highly regarded as a specialist in IT service capabilities and is a regular speaker on topical thought leadership issues, including Ireland's Innovation Taskforce (Digital 21) and the Green Economy. Maurice is also a member of the Telecommunications Information Federation Committee (TIF), and is actively involved in the TIF Green Technology Industry Group.
